Warehouse General Laborer

Job Description

About the role: Participate in our warehouse operations and activities. such as storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction on time and quality. This is a temporary to permanent position!

Shifts:

Friday- Monday 6am-2:30 pm (must be able to start as early as 4am)

Friday-Monday 3pm-11:30 pm (must be able to work as late as 1:30am)

Responsibilities:

Communicate with supervisors and each other to maintain accurate orders and ensure products get shipped to their final destination safely and on time.

Picking orders as requested by management minimum of 35 orders P/H.

Labeling and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed.

Pulling, packing, weighing, and labeling products based on daily orders.

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).

Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and productivity goals.

Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects. (some objects may be up to 50lbs)

Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods.

Communication skills

Teamwork.

Able to work extended hours.

Be able to pass E- verify

Be able to pass a Background check.
