Production Worker

The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of Factory Workers in Maumee, OH for 1st shift

Responsibilities for the Production Worker

Setting up and operating various machines

Loading corrugated materials into machines

Monitoring machines and products for defects or maintenance issues

Clean and apply paint to dies after each job

Lift and stack boxes onto pallets and onto the machines

Work at a fast pace performing repetitive tasks, while standing for the entire shift

May cross train in all departments

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Compensation for the Production Worker:

Starting pay is $17/hr (including attendance incentive)

Hours for the Production Worker:

The hours are Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm

Overtime on Fridays as needed

Qualified Production Worker Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years of prior production experience

Prior Machine Operator experience

Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50-70lbs and handle large, bulky material

Attention to detail

Ability to work at a fast pace and adjust to a variety of job duties

Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check

Comfortable with cleaning dies and potentially getting ink on clothing
