The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of Pickers in Maumee, OH for 1st shift.

Responsibilities for the Pickers:

Work in shipping to pick orders

Operate a forklift if needed

Interpret order tickets, find the correct item on the shelves, and package the items

Stack packages onto pallets and prepare pallets to be shipped

Keep track of inventory levels

Inspect products for quality defects

Utilize hand held scanner and computer to search for products and print tickets

Compensation for the Pickers:

Starting pay is $17/hr (including an attendance incentive)

Hours for the Pickers:

The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Picker Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years of prior Warehouse or Order Picking experience

Forklift experience preferred

Good attention to detail

Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk long distances

Good computer skills

Ability to use a handheld scanner

Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
