Machine Maintenance

Skilled Maintenance Tech wanted for a corrugated manufacturer in Maumee, Ohio!

The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of Maintenance Technicians in Maumee, OH for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:

Setting and adjusting machinery

Troubleshoot and repair A/C and D/C drives and control systems

Schedule and assign maintenance work

Utilize maintenance software programs and accurately complete paperwork

Follow all work orders to ensure repairs are performed properly

Demonstrate ability to parallel all rolls, make all required setting and adjustments for optimum equipment performance to manufacture quality parts

Plan and schedule maintenance work, assign work to other maintenance employees

Maximize the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed

Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and in accordance with Company guidelines

Maintain good housekeeping in work areas

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician:

$27-32/hr depending on experience

Attendance incentive available!

Hours for the Maintenance Technician:

The hours are Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am

Overtime on Fridays as needed

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

Previous machine maintenance experience

Knowledge and use of hand tools

Good mathematical skills

Ability to read a tape measure

Working knowledge of product specifications, layouts, and equipment design

Electrical experience preferred

Experience in the corrugated industry preferred

Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check

Successfully demonstrate all Class B qualifications

Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100lbs
