Part Time Outlets Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Outlets Supervisor to oversee the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within our hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
· Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting outlet staff.
· Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues.
· Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in all outlets.
· Oversee cash handling, opening/closing duties, and shift reports.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in all outlets.
· Collaborate with hotel management to enhance guest experiences.
· Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
· Oversee mini bar operations in guest rooms. Ensure mini bars and mini bar storage are well-stocked and properly maintained. Supervise mini bar attendants. Assist with Liquor, Beer, Wine and Food Inventory and ordering.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and oversee multiple outlets efficiently.
· Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
