Job Title: Supervisor, Service Center

Pay: $69,834 - $87,293

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Review of (P&L) activity, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Drive revenue growth through effective planning, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

Manage, train, and develop hourly workforce, ensuring optimal staffing levels and productivity.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement improvement plans as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Builds labor relations by interacting with labor officials and unionized employees and addressing and resolving requests and situations. What We Offer

U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of improving revenue and reducing operational costs. - Preferred

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation or related field - Preferred

Supervisory experience in the transportation industry - Preferred
