Sr. Project Manager

Location: Ashburn,Virginia

Expected Start Date: Feb 10, 2025

Position: Senior Project Manager

Schedule: Monday- Friday, with ability to work Saturdays when necessary

Experience:

Extensive hyperscale data center construction PM experience (7-10 years).

Understanding of Core and Shell, and Tenant Fit Out project requirements and workflow.

AIA and P6 schedule development and management.

Microsoft PM experience from the contractor side, or direct "boots on the ground" involvement and understanding of installations from the MSFT side.

Experience working and communicating directly with General Contractors and Hyperscale end users.

OSP/ISP experience, managing teams upwards to 50 people.

Procore experience and understanding of RFIs and Change Order processes.

PMP/RTPM/RCDD all added bonuses but not required.
