Job Duties:
Strong understanding in supply chain principles and expertise in Order Management and Warehouse Management.
Functional knowledge in end-to-end warehouse systems with an experience Manhattan Associates' Warehouse Systems.
Complete understanding of Order Management System, inbound, inventory and outbound in a Warehouse.
Strong experience in supporting Client Warehouse system by handling Service tickets raised.
Experience in handling Functional/Technical configuration for Warehouse management system.
handling daily production incidents, Service tickets & Problem Tickets and providing quick solutions to issues to minimize the impact on production system.
Analyse, finding RCA for recurring production issues and provide possible Fix for the issues.
Collaborate and coordinate with business teams to support any changes in WMS application.
