Excel Academy is a network of 5 schools in Massachusetts and Rhode Island that prepares students in grades 5-12 to succeed in high school and college and engage productively in their communities. About the Role

The Office Manager / Operations Associate is a vital member of the school operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily school activities. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage front office responsibilities while supporting various operational functions.

Your Impact

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Front Office Management: Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors. Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

• Attendance and Records: Oversee daily attendance tracking, maintain student records, and ensure data accuracy in school systems.

• Communication: Distribute school-wide communications and support family engagement initiatives.

• Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating transportation, meal services, and facility maintenance requests.

• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of school events, including family nights, testing days, and staff meetings.

Previous experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in an educational setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual required (Spanish)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
