Drafter

Our client is a leader in the utility industry, and they have a long term opportunity for a drafter to join their team.

Ideally candidates will have previous experience with utility projects.

Transmission line drafting will be the best fit, but experience with civil, electrical, and mechanical drafting will be considered.

The drafter works directly and indirectly with other drafters, designers and operating company personnel to prepare specifications and drawings for the construction and maintenance departments.

Supports engineers and/or designers with design deliverables that support the installation, operation, and maintenance of high voltage transmission facilities (poles, towers, conductors, etc.). the drafter will be asked to prepare critical detailed schematic drawings to visually communicate to line crews what work will be required on various project types.

Required: 1 plus years of previous drafting experience AutoCAD Proficiency Preferred: AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience Transmission line Design or distribution electric utility experience Pay Range-$22-$29/hr Work from Home/Office as needed Please send resume to: ?
