As part of our Design team, your focus will be to assist clients in the selection of cabinet lay-outs, cabinet selection, floor coverings, and paint colors/finishes for their homes and/or businesses. The ideal candidate will have prior interior design experience and solid working knowledge involving all brands sold in-store. Must be able to work flexible hours and days.
Responsibilities:
Maintains clean and safe workspace.
Attends staff meetings and training as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to navigate POS system and prepare quotes.
Schedule appointments for In-Home consultations from daily store traffic.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to drive sales and exceed monthly sales goals.
Be able to travel to customers homes for consultations.
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Experience in interior design OR sales for other home improvement/design product lines.
