We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our company. You'll ultimately be responsible for the success or failure of our projects. Our project manager must be a multi-tasker, who has excellent organization and time management skills, is a superb communicator, and is trustworthy. You are not expected to carry out all the work yourself, but will be in charge of ensuring that project teams working under you complete their objectives in a timely manner.
Project Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities
Figuring out who's going to do the work and when
Preparing comprehensive work plans, and minimizing risk
Making sure that the project is being completed effectively on time and on budget
Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary
Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive through the duration of the project
Show management that the project has achieved its objectives Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Preferably has a bachelor's degree in business management
Alternatively, one can have a bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing or engineering
A master's degree is helpful, along with additional certifications
3-5 years of prior experience in project management is desired Skills & Requirements Qualifications
