Position: IT Finance Analyst

Location: Elmhurst, IL 60126 - hybrid onsite

Industry: Manufacturing ERP Financial Systems

I am looking for a hands-on IT Finance Analyst to join our team fulltime and drive the integration and optimization of ERP (SAP) systems supporting finance operations in a manufacturing environment. If you love turning financial processes into smart, tech-enabled workflows — this is for you!

What You'll Do:

Act as the bridge between IT and Finance for all ERP-related financial functions

Own key processes like Costing, Order to Cash, POs/invoicing, Budgeting, Inventory, and Financial Statements

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles with ERP-integrated tools

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL queries, and SSAS Cubes

Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders during the ERP transition to SAP S/4HANA

Work with Infor LN, SAP ECC, SAGE, and help drive integration to future systems

Experience you bring:

5+ years of experience in Finance/ERP functional roles (preferably in manufacturing)

Deep knowledge of finance processes (accounting, costing, budgeting, etc.) or FICO

Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and ideally SSAS Cubes

ERP experience with Infor LN, SAP ECC, and/or S/4HANA

Passion for solving problems through systems and process automation
