Lead the nursing department in delivering high-quality care that aligns with our mission and compliance standards.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.

Implement and review clinical operations and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care and administrative efficiency.

Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements as needed.Requirements:

Current RN license and relevant advanced degree preferred.

At least 3 years of nursing experience, with previous experience in a leadership role within a home health healthcare setting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with staff, management, and external partners.
