Location: Howell Township, NJ

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + Medical, Dental, 401(k), PTO

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in welding, mechanical systems, and piping? Join a growing team that delivers critical infrastructure projects, with a focus on wastewater treatment system replacements for public clients. We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven professional to support projects ranging from $500K to $10M.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates for mechanical, piping, and weld shop work related to public wastewater treatment facility upgrades and replacements.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine accurate cost structures.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy.

Identify potential risks and opportunities within each bid and propose value engineering solutions.

Support bid proposals from concept through submission, ensuring compliance with public bidding procedures.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in estimating mechanical and piping projects; experience in a weld shop environment strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of public infrastructure work, particularly water/wastewater treatment facilities.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.

Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
