You will work onsite in Creedmoor, NC, with limited travel and direct visibility with leadership.

Serve as subject matter expert for aircraft technical issues, providing operator support and responding to engineering inquiries.

Research and resolve technical concerns using drawings, parts lists, and OEM documentation.

Create, update, and validate technical publications for Twin Commander and related platforms.

Attend FAA and regulatory meetings to support certification or technical alignment.

Conduct drawing reviews, standards evaluations, and other technical research critical to engineering project outcomes.

Project Management (30%)

Lead project planning and execution for aircraft engineering initiatives using tools like MS Project, Gantt charts, and risk registers.

Define scope, timelines, and resource needs for technical projects; ensure milestones are met.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, monitor deliverables, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Track budgets, material requirements, purchase orders, and stakeholder communications.

Represent client in customer and regulatory interactions to maintain program alignment and support.

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or related technical discipline (Associate's degree with 8+ years aircraft experience acceptable).

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on aircraft experience (maintenance, engineering, quality).

At least 3 years of project or program management experience in a regulated aerospace or aviation environment.

Familiarity with Client TPE331 engines or comparable twin-engine aircraft (Piper, Beechcraft, Cessna, Swearingen, Metroliner).

Strong working knowledge of FAA, FAR/Part 23/25 regulations, aviation technical documentation, and supply chain processes.

Preferred

Previous experience supporting Twin Commander aircraft programs.

Proficiency with technical project management tools (Excel, MS Project, Planner, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, leadership, and customer teams.

Additional Details:

Location: 100% onsite in Creedmoor, NC.

Travel: 4–5 trips annually.
