Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC machine tools (lathes, grinders, mills, etc.)
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to produce precise, custom parts.
Define machining sequences, set feeds/speeds, and select proper tools and fixtures.
Inspect your own work against specifications and drawings before handoff.
Perform maintenance and minor repairs to equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What You Bring:
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in machining or a closely related role.
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and inspection tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong math, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and stand for long periods.
Availability for occasional overtime (evenings/weekends/holidays).
