Experience:

6 to 9 years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years leading complex IT projects/initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business-related field.

Ability to perform technical analysis of sophisticated applications

Strong Database Engineer with Snap logic/Informatica experience

Experience in writing complex Stored Procedures and Queries

Experience with Oracle, MS-SQL.

A quick learner and willing to take initiative.

Experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners

Proven hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery

Ability to successfully deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments.

Collaborative approach to problem solving and your ability to adapt plans based on organizational dynamics and constraints

Can organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical individuals
