Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Sales Data Integration Associate to support the accuracy and upkeep of product information within our internal systems. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in business operations, retail systems, or sales support. You’ll play a critical role in product setup, data validation, and UPC generation, while also assisting the National Sales Project Manager with cross-functional coordination, project tracking, and process documentation.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update product data (e.g., SKUs, UPCs, item descriptions/ details, pricing) in Sage X3 and TrueCommerce platforms

Generate and assign UPC codes for new products; ensure accuracy and consistency in product setup

Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or incomplete records

Maintain organized documentation of product changes, processes, and system entries

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect missing data or clarify setup needs

Assist with reporting tasks (e.g., pulling basic data exports, formatting Excel reports)

Support the Retail Project Manager with administrative work, project timelines, and maintenance of shared trackers

Participate in internal meetings to take notes, follow up on action items, and help keep teams aligned

Assist with system testing or data cleanup efforts as needed to support broader process improvements

Competencies:

High School Diploma

Internship or experience in a retail, supply chain, or business operations environment, preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Comfort with Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, VLOOKUP, basic formatting)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments

Eagerness to learn new systems (training provided on Sage X3, PLM, TrueCommerce)

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3), PLM platforms, or EDI tools (e.g., TrueCommerce), preferred

Must be able to commute to the Westbury, NY office.

The hiring range for this position based onsite in Westbury, New York is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
