Quality Manager

We are representing an industry leading, multi-billion dollar manufacturing supplier who is actively seeking a Quality Manager for their high speed manufacturing facility. This organization prides themselves on an outstanding culture predicated on benefits, compensation, and working atmosphere.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Candidate will report to the company General Manager while managing (5) direct reports

Complete financial/budgetary ownership of department

Candidate will assume ownership over both the plant quality and customer quality function while working cross functionally with different departments

Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals.

Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors

Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues.

Work closely with plant staff to development "HI-POT " talent

Responsible for improving process efficiency through best practices, SOP's, and lean manufacturing.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration (preference for Engineering or Technical degree)

Candidate should have at least 5 years of automotive Quality management experience

Targeting candidates with a keen understanding of SPC, GD&T, and Dimensional Analysis
