Under general supervision, this role supports the planning and coordination of maintenance and project activities related to nuclear assets within Transmission and Substation operations. Responsibilities include developing plant work orders, improving work management execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Transmission, Substation, and Nuclear teams. The position also assists in event response, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Additionally, the role leads scheduling and progress tracking for maintenance, compliance, and project initiatives at Nuclear sites.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree - Engineering or professional certification
Six Sigma Certification - Yellow Belt
3+ years experience in a combination of the following areas:
Lead project that requires complex analysis and work execution
Substation and Transmission system operations or nuclear operations
Maintenance of transformers and switch yard assets or nuclear assets
Expert ability with integrity and compliance skills
Competent ability with analysis and problem solving, communications, process/project management, commercial, leadership and professional skills
