Our amazing client is looking for a highly motivated Architect with excellent design and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work well with people at all levels of the firm and will take the initiative to research and design.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients, analyze their goals, and conceive and develop solutions to those goals.

Create and present schematic site designs and plans.

Plan the project budget, milestones, and schedule and track project performance accordingly

Coordinate workload for design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule.

Plan, prepare, and check construction documents.

Supervise less experienced staff in the preparation of construction documents.

Direct and coordinate with the engineering disciplines and third-party equipment vendors, reviewing construction documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines.

Prepare project specifications.

Qualifications

Professional Degree in Architecture / Licensed Architect preferred (or in progress)

Ideally 2-12 years of experience working in an architectural design firm

Strong Revit and production skills
