Join one of Michigan’s leading veterinary groups as our next Operations Director!

We are a premier veterinary practice group with multiple thriving clinics across Michigan, and we’re in an exciting phase of growth! As we expand, we’re looking for a talented and driven Operations Director to support our team and ensure our clinics continue to deliver exceptional care and service.

We’re seeking a dynamic, self-motivated professional to collaborate closely with our senior leadership team. In this role, you’ll help shape and implement the standards, policies, and procedures that drive a positive experience for our patients, clients, and employees.

You’ll visit our clinics regularly to gather insights, evaluate current operations, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness. Your efforts will directly support clinic leadership, empower team members, and help create a unified approach to excellence across all locations.

As a key member of our operations team, you’ll work alongside each clinic’s Site Leader to enhance client satisfaction and optimize performance. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, goal-setting aligned with our internal growth plans, and the ability to lead through innovation and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, results-driven, and eager to grow with us as we continue to lead the way in veterinary care.

Education and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Targeted disciplines include Veterinary or healthcare management, hospitality management, and finance/general business.

1 to 3 years of minimum experience in business management, showing increased responsibility and experience troubleshooting problems, seeking creative solutions, and supervising multiple people on multiple projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong passion, empathy, and compassion for people and their pets.

Proven focus on continuous improvement and strategic problem solving.
