About Your Role
Our business model (B2B2B) is driven by strong embedded channel partnerships with large organizations in order to offer our payment solution to their suppliers. When those enterprise relationships thrive, it drives supplier adoption, and our business benefits.
We’re looking for an enterprise sales leader to drive new efforts around those partnerships, sourcing new leads in key verticals, building consensus across stakeholders, and owning a healthy pipeline of deals.
We are a small team, so accountability and attention to detail are paramount, as is a willingness to do the work vs. managing the work. This is an opportunity with enormous upside for the right individual that can bring a mix of executive presence, rapport building, and bias to action.
This role can be local to Colorado or remote.
Responsibilities
Collaborate, define, and drive partnership strategy in alignment with company goals
Own the pipeline of deals in process
Foster relationships with industry experts to best understand the landscape of the verticals in our focus
Understand customer and stakeholder needs and gather product requirements, prioritizing them based on business impact
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing standard processes to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery

Requirements
Fintech, payements, or financial services experience is strongly preferred
10+ years in sales or business development
3+ years of enterprise sales experience is required
Startup experience a plus
Executive communication and presentation skills are required
