Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: (Onsite) in, New Jersey, United States

Professional Responsibilities:

Experience:

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM/HRIS systems (BizX, or HCM).

Proven experience with SAP Onboarding 1.0 and/or 2.0, including configuration and implementation.

Experience supporting global HR processes, especially in onboarding workflows.

Skills:

Familiarity with international HR compliance requirements and regional variations (e.g., works councils).

Strong consulting and change management abilities.

Excellent communication and training skills to work with diverse audiences from executives to recruiters.

Analytical mindset for testing, validation, and troubleshooting system functionalities.

Preferred:

Prior experience in international onboarding implementation.

HRIS certification (optional but advantageous).
