Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support a mission-critical State project based in Albany, NY. This is a 2-year contractual role involving the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of various middleware products within the Integrated

Eligibility System (IES) Platform.

You will work on middleware infrastructure including Application Servers, Portal Servers, Case Management Systems, Business Process Manager (BPM), Business Rules Engine, and API Management tools, ensuring robust system performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and configuration of middleware components on the IES Platform.

Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of middleware applications.

Administer and support various products including application servers, portals, case management, BPM tools, and APIs.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for microservices deployment and containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
