Job Duties:
- Manage day to day operations at our store location: being the eyes, ears and voice for our location on King St.
- Merchandise all products in store to Mugsy standards
- Hire, train and develop store associates
- Maintain optimal in-store inventory
- Check-in store orders into inventory system
- Master all POS functionalities
- Plan and execute store events and engage in community outreach
- Maintain a healthy environment for staff and customers
- Manage a team of 3+ part-time sales associates
- Procure weekly in-store employee work schedules
- Train all store employees
- Motivate and educate all existing and new store associates
- Motivate and educate all associates on store goals
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years Store Manager or comparable retail sales experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational & analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong team player
- Strong visual merchandising skills

Experience:
Sales management: 2 years (Preferred)
