We’re looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) with 2 to 5 years of experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. In this high-visibility role, you’ll help lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting process while working directly with senior leaders across various business units. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical decision-making, operational planning, and performance optimization in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis

Assist in building and managing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.

Analyze financial results and variances against forecast, budget, and historical performance.

Prepare monthly reporting packages and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Support cash flow forecasting and scenario planning.

Financial Modeling & Reporting

Develop and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business case analysis.

Extract and analyze large datasets from ERP and financial systems to support insights and reporting.

Support monthly and quarterly close activities in partnership with accounting.

Business Insights & Decision Support

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support growth, cost optimization, and operational improvements.

Assist with evaluating new business opportunities and acquisitions.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support ad-hoc analysis across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles.

Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
