Your Mission:

As our Automotive Performance Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and strengthening relationships within the automotive aftermarket. You'll be the go-to expert for performance shops and online e-commerce platforms, playing a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring our premium exhaust systems reach the hands of eager customers. Your insights into the market will even help shape the future of our product line!

A Day in the Driver's Seat:

Building Bridges: Proactively identify and establish strong relationships with new dealers, including performance shops and online retailers.

Nurturing Partnerships: Cultivate and grow sales with our existing customer base, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Master Communicator: Engage in significant phone-based interactions, coupled with email correspondence, to connect with partners, answer inquiries, and close deals.

Road Warrior (Occasionally): Represent Stainless Works at industry shows and visit key dealer locations to build rapport and showcase our products.

Product Champion: Leverage your technical understanding to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of Stainless Works exhaust systems.

Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with our customer service team for seamless order processing and warranty support, allowing you to focus on sales and relationship building.

Innovation Driver: Actively contribute to our new product development process by identifying customer needs, conducting market research, and presenting data-backed proposals for exciting new offerings.

Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience in a sales role.

Aftermarket Expertise: Previous sales experience within the automotive aftermarket industry.

Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with the Truck and American Muscle car automotive markets.

Product Visionary: Experience or interest in product development.

Standard Hours: Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
