About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Mac support, SSO configuration, and network troubleshooting. This is not a typical helpdesk role — we’re looking for someone who can design, implement, and support complex IT systems across a variety of client environments.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain Mac environments using Jamf, Kandji, or similar MDM tools.
Configure and support SSO integrations with OneLogin, Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues for endpoints and servers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security and Facilities.
Maintain documentation, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and knowledge bases.
Participate in change management and incident response, including writing post-mortem reports.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience setting up and supporting IT systems (not just administering them).
Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills Required
Expert in Mac support and MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji)
Expert in SSO setup (OneLogin, Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
Expert in network troubleshooting
Working knowledge of:
Windows endpoint management
Firewalls, Meraki switches, and WiFi APs
Google Workspace & O365 admin
Jira, Notion, Asana, Slack
SaaS integrations via APIs
AD administration and cloud migration
Change and outage communication procedures
