Role Description
As the Financial Management / ERP Modernization Functional Lead, you will serve as the chief architect and advisor guiding a large-scale transition from legacy financial systems to a modern ERP platform. You’ll lead discovery workshops with stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations; translate complex business needs into actionable ERP requirements; and craft a multi-year modernization roadmap covering core finance functions including Procurement. Acting as both strategist and hands-on SME, you’ll steer solution design sessions, mentor junior consultants, and provide continuous oversight to ensure technology choices align with organizational goals, compliance mandates, and best-practice financial processes.
Qualifications
Previous work experience in a Big-4 consulting firm
7+ years of experience, especially leading finance/ERP modernization efforts
Finance and Financial Planning expertise, especially Procurement
Analytical Skills and Consulting abilities
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Professional certifications in CPA/ERP/PMP are a plus
