Tech Lead – Internal Tools & Automation

Location: Onsite in Livermore, CA

Build the Internal Backbone of a Real-World Tech Company

Ronbow is building the Tesla of cabinetry — and we need a hands-on Tech Lead to rebuild the engine that runs it all.

Our current internal system "works" — but just barely. You’ll own and lead the effort to rebuild our internal tools, dashboards, and ERP integrations to power everything from factory workflows to customer orders.

This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role. You’ll touch live systems, real hardware, and work closely with our production, sales, and design teams. If you’ve ever wanted to see your code reflected in physical outcomes, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

Lead and build critical internal tools — dashboards, workflows, and reporting interfaces

Own backend services, API integrations, and lightweight frontends

Connect and clean up our current ERP logic

Work with production & operations teams to identify high-leverage improvements

Mentor junior devs (in-house or offshore), own small projects

Help stabilize, streamline, and eventually scale our tech platform

What You’ll Work With

Python, Java, JS, SQL (GCP-based backend)

React (or any modern frontend framework)

ERP integrations

Factory edge data & production flow mapping

CI/CD with Git, Jira, and Notion for internal workflows

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of full-stack development experience

Comfortable with APIs, system integrations, debugging edge cases

Some experience leading projects or mentoring teammates

Strong builder mindset: bias toward simplification, shipping, and iteration

Curious about physical systems / operations / supply chain tech

Bonus Points:

ERP experience

Familiarity with IoT or production automation

Manufacturing or supply chain tech exposure

Mandarin fluency (helpful but not required) for occasional cross-border coordination
