Antitrust Paralegal - Major Global Firm

A major amlaw firm (our client) is looking for an Antitrust Paralegal to join their team in DC.

Will be supporting attorneys who regularly represent corporate clients before the US Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, foreign antitrust enforcement agencies and in antitrust litigation.

Varied responsibilities, including, assisting with legal research and drafting legal documents, assisting with Hart–Scott–Rodino premerger notification filings and narrative Responses to Second Requests court filings, managing and tracking project deadlines and deliverables, preparing summaries, developing expertise in use of document review tools (including Relativity), and supporting compliance, corporate, and litigation practice groups on antitrust issues.

Ability to work overtime and often on short notice is highly preferred.

Proficiency with the Bluebook is highly preferred.
