Competent in NX CAM programming with knowledge of Post Processors like Mazak, Siemens, Haas.

Generate NC codes for 5-Axis, 3 Axis Milling, Turning, Water jet and Grinding machines

Understanding of techniques for efficiency and productivity of NC codes

Key Responsibilities:

1. NC Program Development:

• Analyze part prints, manufacturing operation sheets, and NX part models to develop and modify Numerical Control (NC) programs for various 2, 3, 4, and 5 axis machine tools.

• Utilize NX CAD/CAM graphical system and Turbosoft + airfoil programming software for program development.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Provide machining and development teams with expertise on potential machining challenges and their impact on surface properties.

3. Program Refinement:• Independently develop and refine NC programs, showcasing proficiency and initiative in program optimization.
