We are hiring for Small Cell RF Engineer, Remote
RF Engineer Supporting Regional Small Cell Team
Performing the following scope:
NCIF (Node Configuration Information File) creation support
Proposal design reviews- necessitate financial acumen and scope of fiber work
In Building DOT (radio) deployment lead - includes COP review and RSRP Coverage analysis
Market/ Vendor Design intakes and inquiries and coverage analysis - great communication skills adept at communicating with our customer (market RF)
RFDS creation
This individual should have the following credentials and/or experience:
Previous experience deploying small cells either as CM or PM
Experience with Extenet or Crown fiber or small cells teams/orgs
Technical knowledge or RF propagation and basic design principles
Atoll experience
Previous TMO experience is a plus - MB experience
Previous placement in the role involved the following skillset requirements as well:
Atoll expertise
Must have very strong Design engineering with small cell
Deep knowledge of predictions and propagations, site configuration, RFDS
Must be able to Design a small cell end to end—engineer a site including the cabling, equipment, etc more of a solutions engineer
Experience with NCIF (NCIF-Node Configuration Information Form)
