Job Title: Operations Recruiter
Location: Temecula, CA 92590

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift)
Role Overview:
The Contract Recruiter will support the client in full-cycle recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions. The recruiter will manage requisitions from sourcing to closing, ensure alignment with policies and compliance standards, and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment plans and advertising strategies
Post job openings, source passive candidates, and screen applicants
Conduct interviews using behavioral-based techniques
Educate candidates on roles, compensation, benefits, and work environment
Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
Make offers of employment, transfers, and promotions
Perform reference checks and licensure verifications
Use networking tools to attract top talent
Meet regularly with department leaders to assess staffing needs
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and employment laws
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; tiered pay based on experience level
Technology Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Familiarity with HRIS systems and general office technology
