Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Promotes Technology for UMC-USA to North America customers in pre-sale effort.
Serves as liaison between customers’ engineering teams and internal UMC teams.
Provides technology support, consultation and solutions to customers, sales organization and design community.
Provides technical assistance to manufacturing and customer engineering.
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
MS/PhD degree required, EE is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor technology development, process integration & device expertise is a must
Project management experience a must, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Strong organizational, communication & presentation skills
Highly analytical and strong problem solving capabilities
Experienced in customer relationship management
Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
Fluent in English, flexible in business travels
