We are hiring for National RAN Performance Engineers in Denver, CO (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking Wireless Performance Engineers to support a major Nokia wireless deployment project. This is a data-focused role centered on efficiency. Engineers will be responsible for managing optimization and performance analysis across multiple U.S. markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the operational health of wireless network performance.

Conduct configuration audits and monitor performance against operational thresholds.

Perform routine parameter list reviews and database checks.

Identify, validate, and escalate operational issues (prioritize based on impact).

Collaborate across internal and external teams — strong communication and cross-functional coordination required.

Handle large data sets and create queries for optimization and reporting.

Utilize vendor-specific management platforms (primarily Manta Ray and ACP — Airspan Control Platform).

Interface with Nokia and Airspan technologies — strong Nokia network knowledge preferred.

Provide leadership and ownership within assigned U.S. regions (no specific regional experience required).

Help train or guide less experienced engineers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 7 years in wireless network performance engineering or optimization roles – with at least 4 years of experience leading a team of engineers.

Must have experience utilizing Nokia Tools such as: MantaRay, ACP (Airspan Control Platform), or NetAct

Strong wireless background — cellular network expertise is mandatory.

Database/data management experience — ability to create SQL queries and manage/optimize large datasets.

Familiarity with Nokia wireless equipment, platforms, and tools.

Understanding of CBRS and/or experience with private LTE or spectrum demos is a strong plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills — must effectively communicate in technical and business settings.

Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple high-urgency tasks simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree required (technical field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered).

Tools and Systems:

MantaRay, ACP (Airspan Control Platform), or NetAct

SQL or other data analytics tools

Familiarity with test drive post-processing tools (not required to perform data collection)

Big data management tools are a plus.

Wi-Fi knowledge is a strong plus, but not required.
