Title: Oracle ERP - Finance Controls & Compliance Specialist

Location : 100% remote role

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Rate : $90/hr to $110/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and documentation of Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), with a strong emphasis on control design (not just review).

Design and develop test scripts for both functional and IT Application Controls (ITAC).

Support integration testing and validation processes to ensure controls are effectively implemented.

Required Experience & Skills:

Hands-on experience in RCM development and controls documentation.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM Suite, including key feature functionalities.

Strong understanding of core accounting and business processes:

Record to Report (R2R): General Ledger, EPM Suite

Source to Pay (S2P): Supplier management through payment

Plan to Perform (P2P): EPM, EPBCS, EPCM

Project to Report (P2R): Project Accounting

Order to Cash (O2C)

Acquire to Retire (A2R): Assets and Lease Accounting

Inventory Management

Indirect Tax

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA or equivalent certification
