We are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Delivery Coordinator to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery and deployment of embedded software. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration across technical teams, alignment with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of the deployment process within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the Software Deployment Steering Committee to align delivery priorities and timelines.
Oversee the entire embedded software delivery lifecycle, from planning through final deployment.
Collaborate closely with software and hardware teams to ensure efficient system integration.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize software delivery processes.
Monitor potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Act as a coach or trainer, sharing expertise and best practices across the team.
Build a T-shaped skill profile by deepening domain expertise while expanding cross-functional knowledge.
Demonstrate clear value creation through improved delivery practices and stakeholder satisfaction.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in embedded software delivery coordination.
Strong technical background in embedded software systems.
Proven experience in coordinating complex delivery processes within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Experience mentoring team members and fostering collaborative learning environments.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Commitment to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
