Role Description – Asset Management Analyst:

The Asset Management Analyst will be involved in all aspects of overseeing property-level performance, including financial review and analysis, investor reporting, and organization of asset management materials and tools. The Asset Management Analyst will report directly to the VP Operations, and work closely with property management, accounting, construction, and senior management. This position is based in our Milwaukee, WI office.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate property performance through monthly financials, weekly reporting, CRM data, and other asset management tools.

Engage with property management to optimize property performance, pricing, budgeting, etc.

Work with and build third-party vendor network to enhance opportunities for growth.

Manage and approve insurance policies, property tax proposals, loan terms and expirations.

Draft investor reporting, inclusive of financial data and property performance information.

Assist in property dispositions – working with brokers, buyers, legal, and title companies to ensure a smooth transaction.

Working with the Construction department on projects, contracts, budgets, and assisting with the facilitation of unit renovation programs.

Administrative tasks as needed related to property and company operations.

Flexible in supporting other areas of the business, including industrial properties as necessary.

Ability to travel to sites throughout the country.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or a related field.

Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

2-4 years of experience with real estate investments, including financial review and analysis.

Multifamily experience preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
