Job Summary:
Our client is seeking Process Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.
Duties:
Process debit card requests, including ordering new cards, initiating stop payments, and resolving transaction exceptions with accuracy and attention to detail
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, queue-based environment with a target case resolution time of approximately four minutes per case
Support the team in meeting key performance indicators and maintaining service level agreements
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in back-office processing workflows
Participate in initial classroom-style training and receive ongoing mentorship from experienced team members to ensure success in the role
Desired Skills/Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience in an operations, administrative, or back-office support role
Highly proficient with computers and digital tools, particularly Google Workspace applications
Comfortable navigating spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic functions
Able to thrive in a repetitive, high-volume work environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively via Slack and other internal communication channels

The approximate pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
