We’re now hiring an Entry-Level Home Sales Consultant—a self-motivated, customer-focused individual who’s ready to learn and grow. No prior home sales experience is required. If you're energetic, coachable, and eager to succeed, we’ll train you to become a top-performing new home consultant.

What You’ll Do

Learn and support the full home sales process from first contact to contract closing

Engage walk-in traffic, respond to online leads, and build rapport with buyers

Assist customers in selecting floorplans, design options, and understanding financing

Build relationships with realtors and community partners

Ensure model homes and sales centers are always clean, professional, and guest-ready

Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments

Attend team meetings, community events, and company sales trainings

Qualifications

A strong desire to succeed in a sales career

Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools

Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
