Vaco is hiring! We are seeking a FT Financial Services Administrative Assistant for one of our valued clients in Orlando. This is a permanent placement opportunity and looking to hire immediately.
JOB DUTIES:
Greet incoming guests in corporate office
Answer and transfer incoming calls
Receive and distribute daily mail
Create daily payment spreadsheets - lockbox and checks
Send out packages and mail with USPS, FedEx and UPS
Fulfill all requests for certificates of insurance
Restock the kitchen/break area daily
Forward faxes and emails as needed
Track and distribute Sunpasses
Order office supplies, snacks, breakroom supplies for several locations
Assist Financial Services team, as needed.
Support other areas, as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
College Degree in Accounting or accounting related field
2 years in a receptionist/admin role and 1 year in an accounting-related role
