Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation,
planning, execution, controlling and closing; taking project through final implementation.
Establish and monitor project control activities across multiple projects.
Assist with specific administrative tasks related to setting up project folders, project
schedules, process documentation, outline templates, and reporting, etc.
Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders to gather data/information,
address programmatic inquiries, and support report writing.
Track that all issues are captured, resolved and that resolutions are documented and
communicated.
Coordinate the dissemination of project-related publications and collateral using print
and electronic media (e.g., social media, email, website) in collaboration with Marketing
and Communications teams and/or external partners.
Assist in maintaining and onboarding National Health Leadership Council members,
including membership renewals, contact list maintenance, and scheduling bi-annual
meetings while providing high-level communications.
Maintain project management system and prepare regular reports.
Schedule internal and external meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, summarize
action items, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Possess a general understanding of project scope and objectives, along with a basic
understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating
activities and tasks.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in business, training, or project
management; or 6 years of equivalent experience.
Previous experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike).
PC proficiency includes Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.Company Description
