We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Superintendent / Field Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day field operations.

Job Summary:

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing in-house crews, coordinating daily field activities, and ensuring each job is completed on schedule and to our company’s quality standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes initiative, is eager to learn, and can lead with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily work for in-house construction crews

Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specs, and safety practices

Conduct daily site walk-throughs to monitor progress and quality

Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and team leads

Keep accurate daily logs and field reports

Resolve on-site issues and keep teams productive and safe

Help train new crew members and support a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Experience in construction supervision is a plus, especially in underground utilities or telecom infrastructure, but not required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Must speak English and be able to communicate in Spanish with some crew members

Ability to read construction plans and manage daily job site needs

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
