Fundraising Manager
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing funding sources to support real estate development initiatives. This role requires strong financial acumen, investor relations experience, and a deep understanding of capital markets, real estate finance, and deal structuring.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute capital raising strategies for real estate development projects, including equity, debt, and alternative financing.
Build and manage relationships with a network of investors, financial institutions, family offices, and private equity firms.
Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, financial models, and offering memoranda.
Coordinate and lead investor meetings, site tours, and due diligence processes.
Ensure all fundraising materials and investor communications align with the companyâ s brand and strategy.
Maintain a detailed CRM of investor interactions, capital commitments, and relationship progress.
Stay informed of industry trends, investor sentiment, and market conditions that affect fundraising efforts.
Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, development, marketing) to align fundraising with project timelines and milestones.
Ensure compliance with securities regulations and internal fundraising policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA or Masterâ s preferred).
Bilingual in Mandarin is required
Proven track record of raising capital from real estate investors, high net worth & family offices, or institutional investors.
Strong financial modeling and presentation skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of real estate deal structures, joint ventures, and regulatory considerations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
