**Position Summary**
As a Sr. Analyst, you will have the opportunity to maintain strong relationships with our Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) clients while assisting these entities with enrollment and eligibility needs for their Medicare Part D (Med D) member populations. As the Sr. Analyst, you will maintain a solid understanding and continual working knowledge of Medicare Guidelines, EDI protocols, and the enrollment processes that directly impact member enrollment. This role is essential for ensuring that all eligible beneficiaries are successfully enrolled in their respective Medicare Part-D plans and perform in accordance with Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines. Our Sr. Analysts serve as the business expert for our clients in order to drive retention of the client base through successful results and supportive client consultation.
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for owning and managing a book of business across multiple clients, resolving enrollment discrepancies, performing complex day-to-day enrollment tasks, understanding and applying Medicare Part D Guidelines, and managing small to medium department improvement projects.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of prior intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, and basic-to-intermediate experience using core Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook
+ 1+ year(s) professional communication experience in verbal and written form
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in gathering, researching and analyzing data/reports
+ 1+ year(s) of Healthcare, PBM, or Insurance related experience
+ Must demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior experience with RX Claim (AS400) and/or Salesforce
+ Prior experience using VLookups and other query methods in Excel, and/or running SQL queries; MS Access database experience
+ 1 + years of current experience with MS PowerPoint, Visio and Access
+ 1 + years of business experience in client-facing relations or account management
+ Prior Medicare Part-D, Employer Health Group related experience
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to consultatively influence others
+ Strategic, forward thinker; solution-driven, with sound analytical skills and ability to learn highly technical processes
+ Ability to positively adapt in a changing environment

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
