About the Job: The Electrical Engineering Supervisor oversees the staff, safety, and productivity of the Electrical Engineering Department. This management level position also includes responsibility for productivity, volume, budget adherence, quality, technology innovation, staff development, and continuous improvement.

Key Competencies

Attract, hire, retain, and develop talented employees

Ensure process compliance and participate in process development to improve efficiency

Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and hands on training to electrical engineering staff

Work in a hands on leader capacity, working on tasks like (Electromechanical design and packaging, Cabling design, Electronic Test Console (ETC) Design for ATP, and Digital Circuit Design)

Work with site leaders to assign projects and timelines

Support international operations, travel occasionally to partner sites

Education/Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering

Very strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills

Experience with the development of a variety of engineering drawings, schematics, and technical reports

Experience in regulated industries is a plus

Salary: $115,000-$140,000

Job Style: On-site with hybrid flexibility

Travel: Travel up to 15%
