Position Details
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Location: On-site in Daytona Beach, Florida
Shift:2nd Shift Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay:$17–$23/hour (based on weld test results and experience)
Overtime:Guaranteed minimum of 50 hours/week with 10 hours of overtimeKey Responsibilities
Read and interpretblueprints and technical drawings
Perform high-quality welds that meetvisual, x-ray, and nondestructive testing standards
Fabricate structural steel components to exact specifications
Operate tools and machinery includingoverhead cranes, saws, and angle lines
Follow instructions from Production Supervisors and QC Inspectors
Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Maintain a safe and clean work environmentRequired Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in MIG, flux core, and metal core welding
Ability to pass a MIG steel weld test per AWS code (flux core, hard wire, metal core)
Skilled in torch cutting, tack welding, gouging, and crane operation
Comfortable using iPads for blueprint reading and job tracking
Willingness to work overtime as neededWhy Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
